Well, if you get a ticket and you don't agree with it, you fight it in court. You don't tell the cop no I'm not signing it.

Also when an officer asks you to put your hands behind your back you do so. These videos always seem to be so self inflicted.

like the video said, he was never told he was under arrest, and just to get out of the vehicle..then he laid the paper work in front of the car, and grabbed his taser before he(the victim) even thought about resisting arrest..

dont get me wrong, there are good police officers out there, but then you have your share of bad apples. myself, haven't come across and "bad" police officers except complete and total dickheads but, i guess that comes with being someone who was picked on their whole lives and wants to return their aggression and hatred..just my opinion on "bad" cops.

doesnt matter man. he gave him an order twice, the guy refused started walking back to his car. he couldve jumped back in and took off.

You have to rewind real quick, the only reason the cop asked him to exit the vehicle was because the airhead refused to sign the ticket. I don't feel bad for the guy. I have met up with some real asshole cops. I just always did what they said and never had any probs. Everyone would probably have a different opinion on this vid but these all seem to stem from the "victims" refusing to cooperate..

i would like to see the actual whole video of it all..theres one on youtube like 9 minutes long, ill watch it and/or post it to see what happened beforehand...
