I've got all the clutch stuff coming in (Pilot Bearing, Throw-out Bearing, Clutch Cable, Firewall Adjuster, Quadrant, Clutch Cable). I have the King Cobra going into the car. Plus I have long-tubes going in and then I'm going to get it tuned.. Oh and the MGW Short Throw shifter to go in as well. Plus I plan on getting it tinted, then it's done for the year. Hopefully next year when I'm employed full-time again, I'll do a revamp on the engine. Cams, heads, etc.

I have no idea why I decided to go back to school either. These 8 week courses absolutely blow. I seriously feel like that's all I do is school work I swear. Hopefully I'll land something though, cause I surely don't want to go back to being a damn x-ray tech at a hospital. That's a step backwards after what I was doing for the company I worked for before.

Some of it I'm doing myself and some of it I'm taking to a local shop down by me. I'm still debating on the tune, I might have one of my friends look at it and see if he can tune it for me, since he does it a lot. My cousin has HPTuners as well, so we might even think about doing it ourselves. It's still an idea. I'll probably just get it ProTuned at the shop though most likely.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm guessing you are trying to get it all done before the weather finally changes for good?

Yeah I'm trying to get it ready. I'm in no hurry to take it down to the shop though because they'll only have it for maybe a day or two. I can't get it out from where I store it anyways because of the weather, so I'm guessing April is when it'll see the light of day. I need to get down there and start it up and run it a little bit. I need to change the plugs and get a new COP in it too. The COP is broken on cylinder 8, so i get a cylinder 8 misfire sometimes since the COP likes to pop out of place.

Took the wife and kids to town this afternoon for a little shopping. Not my fave thing to do but.....hey....it's part of life. I actually needed a new suit for a job interview and felt like looking so I drove. When going through the West End of Johnstown I had some douche in a new Hemi Ram tailgating me.....we were in the T-bird. It's not crazy fast but certainly quick and fun. At a redlight he whipped up beside me and started creeping on the light. Instead of jumping I wanted to see what his intentions were. Well when it turned he floored it......yay....playtime!!! So I let loose as much as the street tires would allow w/o going up in smoke. Bumped the rev limiter and yanked second, ran to 5500 and hit third. By the top end of second I had two cars on him....point proven....and third gear was just for giggles! By then I was catching traffic fast and had to clamp the brakes.

So eventhough the shopping part of the trip sucked, I had a little fun on the drive!!! ;)

Normally I don't label folks but this dude kept tailgating me hard and nearly crawling up my tailpipes at all the previous redlights. ASA we hit a two lane he jumped around me to the redlight. After we raced, he turned at the next light and into a gas station. So he was in a big hurry for nothing.....and had his ass handed to him by an old grey t-bird in the process.
