Just ordered some parts from Advance Auto to be picked up. F-150 needed a PS return line. Had a coupon for $25 off an order over $50. PS line was $15 so I need $35 more....got three oil filters and air filter. Total was $51. After coupon I paid $27 w/ tax. Their coupons are a good deal but don't work for oil.....sure wish they did.

AND.....met w/ with Bob today and got me some race rubber for the Ranger! Thanks Bob!

I buy everything I can from Advance due to coupon codes. EVERYTHING. Just got my mom front brake pads for her Dodge Caliber for $14 after a 30% off coupon code.

I got this coupon as a bonus to another order I made back in Feb. The first order was 25% off a $100 order I think. Then this one was $25 off order over $50.

There are always certain ones that are active. 30% one is common. $40 off $100 order one I used to order about $600 worth of stuff for my 95 Saturn a few years back... broke it into smaller orders of $100 each.

The codes online are better then anything they mail you. Just do in store pickup through the website, no problems!

Bob.......I have 8" and 10" wheels to mount those on. Which would you use?

All of my wheels are 8" and they work fine on them. If you have 10" wheels I would use them. On a 8" wheel on a hard hit the tread lines like to open up, they won't do this as much on a 10" wheel. If you can zoom in on this, you can see what I mean in this picture (those are your tires doing work ;) )

Spent a little time in the garage tonight - the motor is almost ready to come out. All that needs done is to drain the oil, unbolt the tranny and motor mounts.

Wow is my garage a mess! Good news is I worked out a deal with my nice neighbor... I cut her grass and I get one of her garage spots! SHWINNGGG!

Worked on the bike today. After not touching it for months after completely ripping it apart. Sanded, primed and painted the frame. Also stripped the tank, found that the tank was red and white then black and white. Now it's bare metal.

Im giving myself 3 weeks to get it all completely together. I've also set a budget. As of right now I need to order a chain, seat, triple tree, clubman bars, clutch and brake cable, mirrors, handle grips, tires, brakes and inspection. All in three weeks. I'm painting the tank tomarrow satin silver and shaved the Honda off so I need to fill the holes. I've scaled down the plans and just want to get out and ride at this point.

This is the first spring EVAR that I've been able to just check all the fluids, drive them out of the storage spots in my garage, throw on the rack, change any necessary fluids and start doing burnouts!! It's awesome!!! Neither of them even needed a battery charger to get running.
