If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump
No more ranger, traded it in on an Explorer. I went from no ac, roll up windows and a CEL to this. Lol

Looks good Barry! Be sure to get the tranny serviced. Explorers are great, but both of ours ( 1993 and 2001 ) needed tranny rebuilds around 100k. That's about a $2k fix. Other than that they are tanks and super in the snow. Our 2001 still got 22mpg on trips with 138k on the clock. Keep the door jambs and hatch jamb waxed up really well to keep them from rusting.

Was heading to bed and saw a Don Rickles roast on Spike TV. If you younger guys haven't seen Rickles in action you're missing out. He's one of the most hilarious people ever to walk the planet. While you are at it, watch the Dean Martin celebrity roasts from back in the day. Your sides will hurt afterwards.

Nothing like a Jamaican red stripe beer after grass cuttingin the 80 degrees and um not a beer drinker .
My stomach is in freakin knots.
The Ranger is ready to go to the track tonight. I've put a couple hundred miles on it since the latest motor/trans combo was installed and everything run GREAT. The ONLY issue is that it's tough to start when it's hot. Let her cool down a bit and fires right up. Besides working around that I am just a nervous wreck. Anytime in the past I've taken the truck to the track some gremlin creeps up....fuel delivery, electrical, trashed two tranny's, whatever. After owning it for 17yrs the entire truck is finally exactly the way I want....color, stance, motor, etc. But I can just see taking it down there tonight and it horking and puking the entire length of the track or something else going wrong. I would be SO pissed off. I've already called dad and he has the trailer ready to come and pick up me and the truck.
All I want to see is a few fast time slips....low 12's would be ok.....and I'll be content to never take it to the track again. If it doesn't do that there may be a fresh 387W shortblock for sale tomorrow....I'll throw an old 351 back it and put around like an old man.
The T-bird is much easier to beat on since parts for it are easy to find. Where as breaking something on the truck is much hard to build or source.
