They are rated at 17 city and 29 highway. I have NEVER seen anyone get close to the ratings unless the vehicle was pushed off a cliff.

My car is rated for 25mpg EPA highway... Yet there are many that routinely get well over that.

Car in accessory mode. Wasn't gonna kill my MPG's by idling. lol.

I did get a CEL on the way to Toronto last year because I got the bright idea to reenable my LTFT's for the highway trip literally right before I backed it out of the garage... car threw a LTFT lean code between Erie and Buffalo and of course I didn't pack my HPTuners cable. Cleared it at an advance and it didn't come back.... LTFT's have since been disabled again.

Are you referring to c7's specifically or vehicles in general? There are many cars that get better than advertised.

To further SK360's point, my C6 with huge cam and all has gotten 29mpg on the PA turnpike from Monroeville to Harrisburg..... it got 33mpg cruising along the flat parts of the country when i brought it back from California, doing 85+mph the whole way.....

I know I'm not rolling around with a vette or anything but my Mustang got 25 mpg on the way to Slippery Rock when my fiance lived up there. It's only est. at 23mpg, not that it's a huge change in numbers, but still pretty good driving 79N. I haven't had it on to the flats of like Ohio or anything. I'm sure I could get close to 30 out of it though. The fusion is only rated for 26 I believe, and I've gotten 31-33mpg on trips to Indianapolis and when Carly and I went to Myrtle Beach. The MKZ does pretty well too from what I've witnessed so far.
