I'm talking about that motorcycle movie from back in the day.
EDIT - just did some google searching re: hand loading. That's wacked! Oh well this is for target shooting anyway or that 1 in a million SHTF scenario where we are WROL

yup. since forever. you better hope and pray you shoot that a-hole in the front. you're still getting arrested and going to jail and trial and paying for a lawyer and bail and you better be a good actor an tell the jury you thought your life (and your family's life) was in danger and did I mention... you better be a good actor. :)
wish I was
I think in any shooting you need a good lawyer and some acting classes. The point regarding hand loads I found on another site:
makes sense to me, but yeah if I'm in a situation where I actually have to pull the trigger I got bigger problems than what kind of round is in the chamber.I don't know of anywhere where it is illegal to use reloads for self defense. If someone is shot they are shot reloaded or factory ammo. The reason to use factory ammo is that if there is some question about what happened. If the topic of what ammo you used comes up there are already other problems more serious. Using factory ammo let's investigators replicate many things. If you say the BG with the baseball bat was 3 feet from you when you shot him and his buddies say he was 30 feet, they can find who's telling the truth by doing gunshot residue tests with factory ammo. Even if you told them it was 3.2 grs of Wham powder behind a Super Duper 90 gr jhp it is only what you said you had in your gun. If you're using factory ammo they can duplicate it for sure.
werd! right? shotgun, (store-bought) 00 buckshot, game over.
that'll learn 'em!!!
I *just* got some Varget. Gun store finally got some in so I picked it up. However, finding those 68 grain boat tails is another story. I think I'd have better luck catching a unicorn. 6 months ago bullets were plentiful but cartridges were scarce. Now its the reverse.
This has Ron written all over it. Not sure about the price.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump
