That's what I thought also. I bought a set of bumper gap fillers so I can retain my bumper. Being that it's black also, it should look decent.

that is why i said they would look good on black because i thought the gap wouldn't be noticeable on black

No I didn't order the panel..I thought the panel was just black anyways. Will there be a gap or misalignment without the panel?
i think there might be, not a gap but it is designed to be flush with that panel
obliviously, try it out first and post some pics
