I don't want to come off as complete nutswinger... I have to admit the Camaro runs like a raped ape...but it's a shame GM hasn't realized how awful their interior design is. Putting a serious effort into improving the interior would make a huge difference.

Wow, that's sad right there. Then again it would be a hellovalot cheaper if I just photoshopped time slips instead of actually spending countless hours wrenching on my stuff.

Wow that looks great Terry! How about a quick write up on exactly how you did it?

Here's a few pics. Basically just spray it on. To get the fender line really crisp you need to pull the tape there every layer while it's still wet. The headlights you just peel off. I taped off the grille openings because it's a pain to peel off of it.

I sat in a Cadillac yesterday that impressed me.

It's a brand-new 2015 ATS sedan with a 6-speed manual. It was special ordered by a customer that backed out of the deal. The MSRP on it is low $50's but sadly a stick-shift Caddy isn't everybody's idea of a good time so it's still sitting on the showroom floor. You might score a 5-figure discount off that price.

My contact there is Matt Little. He's a no BS died-in-the-wool car guy whom I'd highly recommend.

Anyhow, I'm on a 12-step program to not buy a car, and I'm usually very happy with my current stick-shift 4-door, a 2012 BMW 550i... so thought I'd mention it here.

That Caddy was astonishingly sweet inside. Nicest quality Cadillac interior I've ever seen, and between the black paint and wheels, the exterior has a very "V" vibe without the price.

That is a nice ride, and BTW what a dick move for someone to bail on the special order. I love the red interior, definitely look like a one of a kind ride. Also unfortunate is the resale. You can find a 15 in the mid-high 20's all day.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

I've always been amazed at how quickly Caddys and Jags depreciate. At least they are much better cars than they were 15-20 years ago.

That's a nice car, but I'd take that 550i over the caddy all day long!

Monkey - I looked at this a few months ago. Let me know if you want the contact info.

Asking price was $4500. Interior was BAD and it has some needs - but a very solid body.
