Getting my 1978 Mercury Marquis ready for the AACA’s Grand National Show. It’s one of the Antique Automobile Club of America’s premier once-a-year events and it happens to be at Pitt Greensburg on Saturday June 2nd. There will be 500 exquisitely restored cars competing that day. Sadly, no Test n Tune or Burnout Contest for that crowd!

    Chickpeas

are the problem... Garbanzo... whatever you want to call them. I looked up the Arabic and Hebrew translation and had no idea what those squiggles said, but I digress. Chickpeas are the problem. The problem with what? T3rrorism!!! That's all "those" people eat over there. Wifey made a salad yesterday and we had some leftover. I stuck a spoon in that container and ate two mouthfuls of plain chickpeas and I thought, "No wonder those people are so pissed off. If this is all I had to eat, I'd want to k1ll somebody and blow some F'n shit up, too".

Ok then, that is all. Tuesday rant off ///

Never thought I’d say it, but I think there’s finally a replacement for cubic displacement!

Holy cow was the AACA show today a mind-blower. Seemed like 400+ amazing cars. Each would be in the top 2% of cars at any regular show. Amazing stuff.
