Look up 1967 Yanko Camaro Barn Find. I worked with John...the original owner. Pretty cool story.

Went up to Quaker City Wednesday night this week with the Hellcat. Didn't run quite as fast as I wanted, but I suppose you rarely do. 10.37@132 still ain't too bad for a car that I've put over 8,000 miles on since October though. There was a stock Charger Hellcat there running 11.9's at 118, so at least I know the mods are workin! Hoping to knock off at least a couple tenths at the rental in the fall and maybe even dip into the 9's

Not bad for a family car. You leave the babyseat in the back? I had my Hellcat Challenger at Keystone a couple weeks ago for its maiden voyage. 500 miles on it. Only mods are crank pin, driveshaft, and tires. 7 runs 11.02 to 11.1 with all 60 ft 1.64 or 1.65. Wanted a 10 bad but was too hot. Unlocked pcm and tuner are on the way. Going to Hemifest in Ohio next weekend. Eventual goal is 9s.

Haha, thought about leaving the seat in the back just for comedic effect. Those runs would have been 10's for sure in better weather. Track prep should be good at hemi fest, maybe you can get a 10 there before you tune it.

What are you doing for a burnout? Those are good times for Nittos. I want to get a line lock so I don't burn up my rear brakes. Only been to Quaker City once. Nice facility. Uphill burnout box is a little weird. Also not crazy that you can see nothing from the staging lanes. But everything else is first class.

I like the uphill burnout box. Seems to make it easier for me.

Going to tune it Jim? Looks nice. What year and how many miles on it?

Uphill burnout box wasn't working for me. Stick shift car with an electronic line lock. You have to activate it and kind of take up the slack before you hit it. Rough with 2 feet and 3 pedals while rolling backward. Maybe more practice would help. Only got 3 runs that night.

Undecided, it’s my wife’s car. Seems like they respond pretty well with a tune. Found out the thing is a pre production model built in 2011. It’s a 2013 model year

I had a LMS/Livernois Motorsports tune on my ‘11 MKS. It ran high 12’s on a cool night, shifted better the rest of the time.

If I recall, that MKS had a gorgeous rear bumper...
