I have you covered just shy of 5 MPH! I guess that makes me the better tuner than Jeff. "Mission accomplished" ROTFL!! Damn cactus huggers..

10.8 @ 128.89 with 19 PSI
So I gained 4 MPH with my 2lb upgrade.
I would expect the same going to 21.
I don't know what the relevance of speed is.
