im not sure....im guessing they would. a mountaineer probably has way more room for wheels than a mustang does. im sure the bolt pattern is the same (5x4.5)

yeah i just googled it real quick...seems like just about all 94-04 stang wheel would work well...the 2005+ wheels dont fit too well on the explorers/mountaineers from what ive read
