Some progress pics of my 347 install

Things are coming along, slowly, because I am able to work on the car on Saturday's only, but a lot has been accomplished and we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Ended up eliminating the A/C and smog equipment, grafting a new lower cross piece on the rad support, due to unrepairable damage by the previous owner, cleaned and re-sprayed the engine compartment, rebuilt the rack and did a lot of front suspension work, got rid of all the AODE junk and installed the new pedal assembly, and..oh yeah... dropped in the new 347!!

Big thanks to my bud Scott for his help and use of his garage and tools358.jpg

    Looking very nice.
I like all the parts selection except the intake---that'll hold it back some but I'm sure it'll still be fun :)

I agree the Track Heat might hold the combo back, but the cam was designed for use with that intake, and it will not be a high rpm engine where the TFS-R might have been a better choice. This is mainly a street combo and I feel that the HP I would lose up top, the torque gains will make up for it utilizing the Track Heat. Like you said, it should be fun

Looks great. You will have a torque monster with that intake. I have a Systemax 2 on my NA 347 and the torque is unreal on the street.
