Ok, well i let the car warm up today (190) and then pulled more codes, the only codes i got were:
13 -- RPM out of specification ????
and then i ran a cylinder/injector balance test and got:
9 -- All Cylinders/Injectors Pass.
So im thinking my problem almost has to be a vacuum leak, considering its not throwing any codes and all the cylinders are fine....

try this if you havent already...
start the car and spray starting fluid around all the vacuum lines and intake, if it picks up idle then you most likey got a vacuum leak. where you spray and it seems to idle up,spray in that area again to see if it does it again.
