    Front and Main seals

What I thought was the oil pan gasket leaking turned out to be the front crank seal and the rear main seal leaking, and the rear main was replaced in 06 at 11k miles ... what would cause both seals to leak at the same time? car only has 28k miles and isnt a daily driver... just input on if any one has ever seen this before on their 2v 4.6L's

a bad pcv valve could cause that easy, maybe some ring blowby or synthetic oil... i have a few customers that said their cars started leaking oil after they started using synthetic oil and after they switched back it slowed the leaks down..
