i think you just yank it up from the 2 tabs in the front of the seat

There are 2 release buttons that need pushed in under the front of the lower seat. They are just about centered between your legs when sitting in the seat.

yea thats right....its reallyy easy...i suggest using a screwdriver to push the two white tabs in and it pops out

found a bic lighter and 13 cents.
everythings cleaned
i had both front seats out and steamcleaned the carpet and generally cleaned everything.
exterior is next, 4 new tires ordered and on the way.
