Car detailing- stains on paint

getting ready to have rob buff my car, the rear quarter panel and rear bumper exhibit what i believe looks like drops of deck stain or something similar. the spots are the biggest the size of a pencil tip.

any ways to get it off short of wetsanding the paint? i tried a claybar with no luck.

I'm sure Rob knows a trick or two, he knows his sh*t when it comes to detailing

I would try like a 3m medium cutting compound...it will turn the paint hazy looking, then you have to buff it with 3m swirlmark remover, then with 3m finishing compound.....thats what we do up at the shop.

gasoline? goo gone? clay bar is good, but if it's stubborn it may not come off easily.
