Black 01 Cobra

2001 SVT COBRA - Black exterior , Black interior. 5 Speed. Car has been taken great care of. This car has a clean title, never been wrecked or in any accidents. Interior condition is excellent. Exterior is in great condition also, paint is in great shape. The very front of the hood has a few minor rock chips due to the 64k miles. The engine has had the oil changed on time everytime, there are no wierd noise's, or vibrations. The car has been kept completely stock. The only non stock item would be the tint on the windows, and the cobra emblems.

Basically it's a factory original black 01 cobra that's in excellent shape and has never been modded or raced.

like i said im wanting around 10k range.... this is still a little too high. its a great car...the color i want and everything.... but a little too much. :(

Jared, even a buck less than 15K would be in the 10K RANGE. Buy it and make me stop thinking about it.

Does the '01 have IRS and 3.27 rear? Is it a different set-up than the 03/04? I guess the N/A 4V doesn't have enough stock power to break anything back there??? Or, is it wise to brace the 99 and 01 rears, too?

Yes they do, and they are rated at 320hp 300tq so with some abuse I'm sure you could still break something

do you have any idea how bad i want this car. i saved the pics and showed my wife the thread last night...she loved the car....but being a responsible parent now i know i cannot swing anything over 10k. maybe after she starts working again after january then i can have more of a car budget.... but until then i cannot....which is why i cannot find anything i love.... if by some miracle this car is still here come end of january....then 95% chance it be in my driveway..... im not holding my breath though :(

Yes, 3.27 Gear, the Half-Shafts were weaker than the 03/04 Cobra ones. I would recoment the brace regardless of the year IRS.

Nope didnt sell on Ebay. Only got up to 9 K if I remember right. Pretty dissapointing. Hopefully some will come thru! Thanks for comments
