the person living there either has some sort of packrat disability or along those lines most likely

however you do see a very select amount of people that just dont shower/clean/take out trash. those are usually the people that have a mental disability and lived with their mother and then the mother died and then you can kinda see where it leads.

or the person just didnt care

Thats the unfortunate part of rental business. Lots of places charge a deposit enough for like basic maintance. I feel for the person who has to clean that shit up, and no one should have to do that, especially being that gross. I've done rental maintanence before, and thats the reason I hated it hah. You'd be suprised how many more people are out there like the pics shown. I bet you can smell this dirty ass hoe from 5 miles out.

As bad as that is its nothing compared to a farm my brother bought next to his out near Benton, PA. He wanted it for the land and to redo the farm house. Until he bought it and was able to get inside. Imagine living in a place that the pipes from toilets and sinks were broken off and dumped right to floor. The basement is where all the toilets emptied. He even found where the children were locked in their rooms with doors tied shut and could see where they crapped on the floor and smeared it on everything. Family of alcoholics he said. Outside of the house is where 75% of the trash ended up. I could not even imagine how people lived like that.

Now he is just gonna level the 200+ year old farm house as it would cost $60k+ to redo and you still would not be able to tell anything was done from outside. From outside it doesn't even look bad. He couldn't even get the fire depts to come in and just burn it to ground.

We had a guy like that in our apartment. Although he was more of a pack rat. When we kicked him out it took two 20 yard construction dumpsters to empty out the 1 bedroom efficiency (over top a decent sized 1 car garage). I think we threw away something like 20 tv's that were all torn apart. Luckily he used to be an autobody guy and left quite a bit of Snap On and other decent brand name tools. It still didn't cover the 2000 dollars worth of rent and about another 5000 dollars worth of remodeling. Plus we wouldn't let my mom sell the tools either. So she really didn't end up gaining anything from it.
