    HELP!!!! Knocking in drivers side valve cover...

    During a burnout I developed a knocking in the drivers side valve cover. Ideas?? Engine still runs, did not drive it just left it parked!

    You might have tossed a follower off or blew a spark plug out of the head.

    better bring it to a garage that knows how to work on em.....
    2015 A6 Mustang GT that so far has gone 9.48@147 but still the fastest prochargerd S550 in the world aside from Tim Essick's!

    took the valve cover off and the shield for the pcv hose fell off and was hitting the rockers...... i lucked out...

    Glad it wasn't worse! We do plenty of modular and push rod engine work, it's always nice to be able to tell the customer that we wont have to build him a motor because of something silly like in your case:)
