Going 18s save $$, (2) 245/45/ZR18 Michelin Pilot Sports $150

I have (2) 245/45/18 Michelin Pilot Sports.
Would look good on 18x8/18x10s with 295/35s or 305/35s DRs out back
I need $150, $100 less than what I have in them.
These are awesome tires and are 7/10 depth from 10/10 new and are originally over $260 each ($286 on Discount Tire today).
Even wear, no patches, just no use for them now.
