I put some BBK Long tubes on the notch. My steering linkage is bumping it a bit. Not much but a bit.
What did you guys do to fix this?
Peace,

Im gonna guess it's your rag joint that hits it. If it is, there are a few solutions. You can ding in your headers (dread that idea huh, lol). I did this on my old stang and refuse to do this agian, made the headers look shitty and I didn't order 1 3/4" headers, just to dent them all up and impede flow. You can order a flaming river (or similar) steering shaft for your steering style(manual or power). Or, if you're cheap (like me), you can buy just the universal joint to replace the rag joint, and weld it on. If you do this, measure a bunch of times to make sure you get it right. I did the cheap/welding way myself, and am pleased with the outcome. I believe you are going to need a 26 spline u-joint, but don't quote me on that. Godd luck and have fun.

Is it just the loops hitting the primary tube?
