Is it just me or did the track seem top notch today. The track condition seemed really good, i didnt spin at all. Any of you guys feel the same way?

I also wish it would have gone past four because i would have liked to get a few more runs in. oh well, next spring awaits. lol

Well from talking to Clark with the procharged yellow 05 GT, he was there yesterday and said the track prep was FAR better yesterday.

I did not spin bad at all running 275 drag radials and a 100 shot coming in @ 3000rpm...

Id still like to watch the management of that track get gangraped.

Maybe if they had people that paid attention in tech inspections shit wouldnt blow up at the frequency it does up there... I worried and ran all the way to summit to buy a blowdown tube to put on my bottle before I went to prp... and they did not even look at my bottle, yet alone even look at my motor... didnt even get the standard battery shake.... wtf.

I still wish quaker would like fix their uphill section so I can go there instead.

The track did seem good. All my 60 foot times were with in .02 of each other all day.

track did feel good today....except for my last run i spun pretty good. It wouldve been nice to have a couple more runs but cleanups and breakdowns prevented it...im just glad no one got hurt....there were a couple VERY close calls.

Hey man good to see ya too, that GTO is very very impressive.

yeah i know what your talking about, he looked at my tires, I opened my hood, he looked at my headers and that was it lol i thought the same thing, it should be a little more detailed. I did see a couple of those disasters, i probably could have gotten one or two more runs but it took a half hour to clean up.

I was suprised, i thought i was gonna spin bad through first and second but just a couple little chirps. i was pleased. lol

Well took the turd to Prp to see what it ran before the winter tear down. Should have not lol. Did get to meet Clark and Rawley. First run a 14.2 lmao then 13.8 best of 13.79 pitiful. Did cut some nice lights though best of .008 and worst of .551. Car has some dist issues and vacuum issues but, not worth worry ing about now. It just wasnt pulling hard. Ahh well time for it to be tore down. Sk360 thanks for the big kill on me lol.

Yup had no shifting troubles at all. Kurt was up watching and said it just wasnt pulling. I am pretty sure the dist is fubar and the vacum leak(carb basel\plate warped) was a major factor. Ahh well those issues will be solved with the new owner of that drivetrain. I have other plans

Nice weather today for sure. I ran a new PB 12.80@106.81 so I'm pretty happy with that. Hidalgo, I think I ran you on my last run but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I still don't really understand why the track was down for a half hour when that mustang in slick cars hit the other car.... it was a minor collision and nothing was broken, but 30 people stood around out there for a half hour then finally drove the car off the track and continued running.

Hummm Hidalgo that may have been Slow01GT that ran ya.... not sure, id have to see the timeslip

Nice Glenn! So how does the car feel with the new mods we just did?

Disagree with management all you want, that's your right. But that statement is simply wrong.
