Dorky car

Race season is over for me, I know there are a few weekends of TnT left, but I will be traveling for work. So after running around all year with the big-n-littles on my car, I swapped over to my street wheels / tires tonight so I could drive the car a little more if the weather isnt perfect, and ultimately get it ready to be put up for winter..

Before:

After - 225/50/16's on Waffle Star wheels

I did the SVO brake flip / fox axle swap last winter to get the 27" rear tires under this car. You can really see how much moving the wheel in 1 1/2" means compared to the front. Now with the street tires........

This is how the rear wells looked with real tires on there............

I hate winter ;)

Me too ;) for next year, I will have two more pro-stars with treaded street tires to run around on, then go back to swapping at the track. I love driving this car.

Thanks Chuck, Tom told me about it today and I was checking them out. Still not bad for only being able to run 15 psi boost this weekend, but no wheels up launches ;) Car was MUCH more consistant at low boost, makes it tough to turn it back up (but I will :D )
