Nice October air, low 50's, dry and sunny. Pretty much only change today was setting struts at softest setting which worked better. Short burnouts, leaving at my normal 5500 and shifting at 5800. Slicks filled to 12.5psi. Also with 1/2 tank of 87 with 10% ethanol
1st Pass with a nice .006RT, and best 1.619sixty runs a 12.53@105.09
2nd Pass - 1.641 sixty, goes best ET's ever 12.47@105.31 with a 7.93@85.81 eigth.
3rd Pass - 1.636 sixty, goes 12.53@105.19
4th pass - 1.628 sixty, goes 12.48@108.64 with a 7.94@85.60 eigth.
Only thing I think is slowing me up is the 2-3 shift as it is a little knotchy and I'm not gonna force it. I can see the ET difference at 330' when I don't get 3rd quickly and keep rpms up. Just enough holdup in the shift that I'm off .03 on both the 12.53 passes at 330'. Car would have run all 12.4s today otherwise.
Last weekend next week and I will give it hell one more time. May try my offroad H and see how car responds with no cats. That and see what else I can remove
