Isn't that a woman officer he (the punk kid) walked up to at the end? Probably running his mouth in a place he shouldn't have been.

Common sense tells me if the police are arresting some idiot, I'm going to stay back and let them do their job...not put my nose where it doesn't belong.

EDIT: We also don't need any police bashing on this board...not sure if that was the intent of your post or not.

No not all . Personally i just think it was a messed up situation. I'll keep my personal opinion to myself considering situations i've gone thru with them but there was no bashing intended. I'm not sure if the guy said something that we couldnt here but regardless from what we could see that was uncalled for. It sounds like the guy was trying to ask a question but like i said who knows what he saying. Maybe the guy that got choked said something that was out of line?who knows. i guess what im getting at is that theres a right way and a wrong way of handling things especially when your in a power position .

true, maybe he did say something unnecessary, but IMO that doesnt mean the cop can choke him...you could say watever you want to a cop, like "f you pig" and he shouldnt touch you (even tho i think saying something like that is completely wrong).

show me all the facts and then i'll voice my opinion.. a half ass clip of some clown probably getting less than what he deserved doesn't mean we should all go ohh noes at the police. it's hard enough job to do just arresting the guy in the first place without their punk ass friends (most likely) fronting like they're untouchable. personally i say if people are out of line, a nice choke slam is in order... I bet a lot more people would STFU when they are told.

i agree im not saying he didnt deserve it, but you cant just do that, thats considered police brutality, a cop can take necessary actions if he cant control the situation, but that was def. unnecessary seeing that the kid was walking away and the police had everything under control in the situation, thats just unnecessary

We were in PGH for a bachelor party a few years ago. Right when the city police were kinda on strike. Well, some dark girl accused my buddy of hitting her so she was laying in the street. The police acted and arrested my buddy. It was kinda violent when they threw him to the ground and kicked him a couple times. Well, the girl came over and started punching him. The cop was this skinny short asshole who apparently had "little man" syndrome. I went to get his badge number. Well the mother f ucker threw me up against the paddy wagon and said is this what you want, get a better look at, better yet, get in the f ucking van. Well, he realized he was wrong when his co-workers told him to let me go. As far as my buddy, he got slammed with 80 hours community serrvice and a heafty fine. Bottom line is cops abuse the authority and the bitch won for doing nothing.

I'd own that cops house, car, and everything else he owned right now if I was that guy, whether or not he said anything, he did everything the officer asked him to do by leave and didnt make any threating movement, just some random dude watching someone get arrested, then wham choaked out for no reason

he was walking away when the cop told him too and still that azz grabbed him by the throat. i believe any and all bad behavior should be aired by cops doin bad things.

cops use that shiny badge for power and it some cases it's wrong!

I definitely do not think the kid deserved that, but A) its none of your business and you shouldnt be there in the first place. and B) When a cop tells you to leave, you leave, not run your mouth.

x2. Anyone see that there is a lawsuit against officers for making arrests when people are running their mouths at them? stupid. I think a night in jail won't hurt them might even teach them something. Have to say I know quite a few cops and I have nothing for respect for them. Not to say you don't get a bad one every once in a while but if you had to deal with the idiots they do on a daily basis I think you would feel differently too. (side note: not directed to anyone. just in general...)
