    whats the minimum ceiling height needed? any issues with it that need addressed?

    most need at least 12'

    top to bottom is 9ft but you would need more height if you wanna lift a car or truck all the way up.there is no issues im just selling some of my shop equipment and down sizing.im just being motorcycle oriented now and have no use for the lift
