Well finally spent some time and got the rotating assembly in. Course after going through my pics I relized I put the main studs in wrong on cap #3. I have to swap them for pickup tube to mount properly. After the first 2 piston/rod groups I got putting spiril locks in for wrist pins down to a science.

Quick placement of heads
Now to pick out a cam, lifters, pushrods, rockers, stud girdle and swap over to 7/16" rocker studs. Heads have 3/8" currently. So much yet to buy - intake, distributer, carb, ignition, oilpan, oil pump, headers. Then there is the transmission and rearend decisions yet. Plus finish tearing down car to repair quarters, cut/repair floor and prep for frame connectors and rollcage![]()
