Pull out of Iraq? We should pull out of Chicago

This was sent to me via email...the facts are right. Pass this info on to your Obama friends.

    ––––––––––––––––†“––––––––––––––––⠀“–––––––––––––––– ––––––––––––––––†“––––––––––––––––⠀“–––––––––––––––– ––––––––––––––––†“––––––––––––––––⠀“–––––––––––––––– ––––––––––––––––†“–-

    Pull out of Iraq?

Perhaps the U.S. should pull out of Chicago!

    Body count:
    In the last six months:
    292 killed (murdered) in Chicago ;
    221 killed in Iraq .

    Chicago.... Who Runs it:
Senators: Barack Obama & Dick Durbin
    Rep: Jesse Jackson Jr.,
    Illinois Gov: Rod Blogojevich,
    Illinois House leader Mike Madigan,
Illinois Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan (daughter of Mike),
Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley (son of Mayor Richard J. Daley)

......our leadership in Illinois .....all Democrats.

Thank you for the combat zone in Chicago .
Of course, they're all blaming each other!

    Can't blame Republicans; they're aren't any!

State pension fund $44 Billion in debt, worst in country.
Cook County ( Chicago ) sales tax 10.25% highest in country. (Look 'em up if you want).
Chicago school system rated one of the worst in the country.

This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois . And he's gonna 'fix' Washington politics for us!

    Wake Up America !

So its Obama's and other government officials fault that there are people committing acts of violence in Chicago? I'm going to venture a guess and say that there are other issues at play here.

Not to mention that our education system as a whole for the country is inferior to other education systems in other developed nations.

    So yes, Wake up America.

    Vote Obama/Biden!

No it's George Bush's fault, so when things are good they will take credit, yet when things are not it's not their fault, they run that city and state, so yes it's their fault. Obama can't clean his own yard hows he going to clean ours?

So if mccain was running chicago/illnois it would be any diffrent?? Seriously??i highly doubt it. Lets be real. People are going to kill/murder etc regardless of whos govenor, president, mayor. I feel like the people above us can take steps to limit these things from happening but in a big city like chicago i dont think anyones just going to come in and turn things around.

But he does'nt run chicago/illinois, fact of the matter is it has been run by dems for a long time and look at the results. Don't beleive AZ has that kind of murder/crime rate.

    You're joking right?

Look this up on wiki. Compare Chicago to Phoenix. Phoenix has half the population and almost double the crime in alot of categories.

As of December 31, 2007 New York City had 494 reported homicides, down from 596 homicides in 2006. This marked the first year since in 1963 (when crime statistics were starting to be published) that the its total was fewer than 500.

It's so irrelevent that you responded to it

    My facts came from here:

    http://www.disastercenter.com/crime/nycrime.htm

Point still stands that crime will be there, sometimes higher and other times lower, regardless.

Thats not the point though. The point is that there is going to be murder and crime in any major US city regardless of the mayor or other government people.
