wtb garage????

Hey guys, i am getting tired of this renting thing, i have been looking for a garage to buy for a while now with no luck, does anyone have any idea of anyplaces that might be up for sale, it needs to have 12" ceilings, 3000+ square feet and near something that resembles a road, also in a place that noise is not a problem, when i make this move, i plan on putting in a new chassis dyno, my landlord will not allow me here....... thanks in advance..

I've been looking for one to rent and thats hard enough but, if I come across any I'll let ya know. Was a 3500 sq.ft one along 119 in mt.pleasant but its a lease and i think he is pretty picky.

tim theres a brand new two story garage in greensburg for sale, I wanna say maybe 4 bays nice high ceilings, check out howardhanna.com and search the greensburg area, deff a good investment property, good location etc. not sure about how many sq ft it is

The old MAWC (municipal authority of westmoreland co) building is for sale in Scottdale. It's on rte 819 between Scottdale and Mt. Pleasant. I sent them an email for kicks. There is 11.xx acres. The shop looks big enough and high enough and there's some office space in front. I don't know how deep your pockets are for this project... $382,000 is the asking price.

However, the email stated they are having NO luck selling it and they're going to auction it off. The date has not been set yet. Valerie was the name on the email: phone is 724-755-5800 if interested.

good luck. i ended up building my garage for that reason. the numbers didn't work out for me. too much money to buy some of these places. but this was a few years ago. good luck finding something.

There is an old Texico Gas station on Gallatin Ave on the other side of the tracks from Sensus Metering Systems (450 N. Gallatin Ave) its closed, don't know who own's it but its a huge building. Might be worth looking into.

Or how about the old Superior Ford building across from Sheetz on 40 main street in Uniontown. Another huge building with multiple bays that is just sitting there with grass growing up through the blacktop.

those would both be great, but the ford building is not for sale, and nobody can tell me anything about the texaco..
