Shit Ed, i havent been there in three months, i stayed after on a friday cleaning the rat hole and pressure washed the inside, on payday i asked if i was gonna get paid for staying till 9 at night, he said he wasnt gonna pay me for that because i did it on my own! What a Prick, so when they gave me my check, i rounded up a few things i needed and left.... no arguements or anything, he didnt know, i just left! We had are differences in the past, and it always worked out, but this time i figure after 10 years working there, if he cant appreciate a good employee, then he can go screw himself

I worked for my grandfather's business as a belt vulcanizer. Most of my work at Bailey was on the weekends as that was the only time they could afford to have a belt line be down for us to work on it, but yes, I traveled there from here and our pay didn't start until we got to the job site... that part sucked.
