I F'ed up the URL, but if your really stumped, search google for it, there are some on you tube as well. I nded up finishing all of the levels, with a little bit o help mixed with my ideas.

Well, the tube officially stuck it in my ass and broke it off.

So, I got to #17. 17/20 = 85%. If I'm 85% as smart as the rest of you, I can live with that.
