every once in a while when i stop... i push in the clutch and it kinda feels like its bindin up on something! if push it in and let the clutch back out a couple times it loosens back up what would cause this?

no not quite that hard and it just does it every once in a while but if i push it in like a half a dozen times it loosens back up it feels the same as yours did just not as hard.

yes it very well could be the cable, i try to recommend a new cable with a cluth job, becuase you would not want your new clutch to out all becuase of a sticky cable..
