aren't those way more money? I know they have a pretty ridiculous design, but from the 03/04 cobra guys there isn't a notable difference.. best to spend the money elsewhere iirc

If you dont want to spend a fortune one control arms I have a set. Steeda steel lowers and BHE I think they were uppers. Got them uppers off marteen. Steedas were bought new and have very lil use on them. Uppers seem to have some angle made into them . Maarten could probaly chime in on that.

I never installed those before but after looking at there site, I lost interest when I saw they were tubular. The few tubular sets I have seen on customers cars didn't work to well. They could have been installed poorly but the boxed connectors make for a much more rigid setup IMO...

They don't appear to be. Steeda list theirs for $140 uncoated or $169 zinc coated. GW list theirs at $135 powercoated. Steeda's cross seat brace is $40, GW's is $45, so it looks like a wash to me. I'll try to get some pics later tonight.

maybe I'm thinking of something else then, or misremembering the price of them.

They look like some crazy ladders you put on the bottom of the car? (global west that is)

FWIW, I have maximum motorsports on my car, Mike installed them, they're great as far as I can tell. They were the unpainted ones & Mike painted them for me

A round tube has better torsional rigidity than a square tube. Either way either one is better than none at all.

When sized properly, all the ones I have seen didn't have sufficient diameter which translates into poor contact area and a lack of rigidity...

And I definitly recomend something over nothing

i concur. also, i have steeda tubulars. one wrong speedbump or sum'n and they get dented, compromising what strength they had.

Have you considered Kenny Brown. I have the full system they offer. Subframes, jacking rails and matrix brace. Very top notch stuff and was night and day difference in handling. Just another option.

Another nice thing about the Kenny Brown full matrix system is you have a solid jacking point along the whole side of the car just behind the pinch weld. No more driving on boards to jack up my car. I love mine just for this reason alone. LOL
