    LCA/UCA and Sub Frame connectors

    well im thinking of treating my self to some upper and lower control arms and sub frames. I want to know what are the best kind and why.

    My car is going to be the set up for street/strip. i Know i want weld sub frames I allready talked to mike about install. just want to know what is the best. should i get full or standard sub frames?
