well... i got pulled over

I got pulled over in bethal park for having window tint only on my front windows. He said my back is fine. Anybody have any advice on how I can get out of it and keep my tint. I'm keeping it no matter what. I just wanna try n get outta the fine. It was $108. I'm pissed.

what percent is it??? might as well just pay the fine if you dont wanna take it off. there really isnt anything you can do to get outta a tint fine unless you have someone in your family that has eye issues and there doctor can write you a slip saying the tint is needed while you drive them around.

You used to be able to fight it..... but i'm thinking i saw somewhere that they recently changed the law so that you can't have anything stuck on your window that isn't factory installed.....

Might as well just pay the fine. Not much you can do. I have been busted several times for tint and they have told me they would drop the fine if removed. Not gonna happen.

I got pulled over in peters twp. years ago in my old fox for tint and he said if i brought the car in without the tint on to the municipal building they would drop it, but I never did and didnt have to pay anything..

whoa time out...you have your car out? i thought you put her away for the winter? or was it in the Z?

I got hit in North Park this summer. I had the tint on for less than 2 hours..... I $hit you not! I tried to fight the ticket with the premise Ziebart told me the percentage of tint was legal. The magistrate wasn't having any of it! He said Ziebart can put illegal tint on but it was my responsibly to check if it was legal. He however said if the tint had been removed he would have let me off with a warning. I suggest just paying the fine and moving on!

only thing that sucks is i got pulled over in front of my work and he said if he sees me agian he will pull me over again.

i drive past this cop everyday on my way to work for 2 years and i have my windows tinted for 2 years as well. idk why he decides to pull me over now.

Roll them down when you go past him. Maybe he is just jealous of ur sixer being able to smoke his cruiser.

haha no its my 300zx i dont daily my stang. it stays in the garage lol. ya im gonna have to start putting them down

i got pulled over twice for tint with both of mine down haha there just gonna keep nailing you and the fine increases also.
