If you think I am talking out my ass just call one of the manufacturing companies and see what they recomend for a daily driver. Mild steel can also be fixed easier as you wouldn't have to find someone to tig weld it.

i can get a QA1 for $180

Carefull with the QA1. I had trouble with one. Put it in and the arms were kicked out and forward an inch. I took it right back out. You might need to get the Tubular arns too.

Team z for starters.

I read somewhere (maybe on Team Z's site) that they would be reducing all of their prices in the near future, something about getting bigger lots of parts made. I've been waiting to where that all went. For me, I'm going to wait until spring to decide about a k-member, so it's no big deal to wait.
