Here's mine. I had to start over when I left the ex, so my tree looks bare, but every year I let the kids get a new ornament, so some year it will be full again It's fake, but as stated.. easier to clean up. They like to help decorate it, and that's all that really matters :)

I don't have a tree in my apartment, but my parents use to put up 3 real trees in different locations.. 2 of them are 6-8 foot for in the solarium and the game room... the main tree is a 13' one in the living room...

Nowadays, they still get the two smaller real ones, but they bought a 12' pre-lit artificial. Its actually quite a nice tree - and i thought i'd never like anything but a real tree... Bought the artificial b/c squeezing a 13' tree through a regular 36" doorway year after year is tough, especially now that all the kids have moved away and my dad is getting older.

Fake and fiber optic all the way. No string of lights or pine needles everywhere.

I've seen some of the yard art they have on the hill up above the house. I didn't know they had a full yard further up though.
