I am thinking of selling the tranny.I whiped 3rd out a while back and bought all new parts for it and put it back together and it works perfect and shifts realyl well.It makes no noise at all also.The parts that are BRAND NEW are:
one piece cluster shaft
3rd gear
3-4 slider
1-2-3-4 synchro rings
1-2 slider
cluster gear bearing(one broke when disassembled)
All other gears looked like brand new and should still have the receipt for everything.All parts except the 1-2 slider were bought at the same time and were over $700 and the 1-2 slider was $280.It has a Hurst Comp Plus shifter on it.I have put about 1500 on it and put 6 passes on it and haven't shifted it hard since rebuild except for those 6 passes
I will also include the shifter and bellhousing and also the 31 spline yoke
I think $1300 is fair considering I spent over $1000 on new parts
I will ship this also but shipping is on you.The trans is in the car and feel free to come take a ride as long as the weather isn't bad.I can pull it out as soon as payment is made.I should have taken pics before I put it together but unfortunately I didn't.Wasn't planning on selling it at the time but I am looking into a dog ring or face plated trans to better suit my needs
