    Do a charge back saying you never recieved it. They probaly wont even notice the other claim and charge his account. Paypal are retards.

    i got screwed over by paypal too. unless you use a credit card not much you can do. paypal is deceiving i won't use it unless i know for sure what i am getting into

    If you used a credit card through pay pal you can dispute through them. If it was through your bank I think your stuck but I would go and ask them.

    thanks for the replies guys.. i appreciate it.. unfortunately i paid with my bank account... which i hate to do, but for some reason it's my default on my paypal and i don't know how to change that default setting...so the majority of the time that's just what i use. please keep the posts coming, hopefully this chumpy wakes up.
