dude did u pay with a credit card? if so you can dispute it with them. I had something like this happen to me and i disputed it with capital one and they went into the persons bank account and took my money, well credit, back and left it for the other person to dispute it. They never did and within 90 days it was final. Keep all your emails and stuff incase he disputes it and once you get ur money send it back.

o i just saw it was with your bank aco**** but doesnt ur bank card have a visa on it? if its checking it should if its savings it wouldnt

yeah it definately does... good looking out. i'll have to look into it! he is in the thread now saying he will pay it back.... we shall see.

I'd just like to point out that i have recieved my money back from the corral situation. Thanks to those of you who supported my views... and to the rest of you.. well expect coal in your stocking.
