Im putting my son on the bus at 7:45 a.m. and I can leave at 8. I'll be in the Bedford area by 9:15-9:30 and waiting at the rest stop I mentioned earlier in one of the other posts.

I think a good place for the Pittsburgh cars to meet would be in New Stanton. Maybe at the Eat n Park. Nice large parking lot. Could get a bite to eat before making the cruse to Carlisle. Just a thought.

Are you sure you dont want to leave a little earlier?

Traffic into Carlisle is gonna be killer as it is... let alone getting there midday when it's the heaviest. If you guys can leave earlier.. i'd shoot for an earlier time.

I think we might want to make an earlier group if possible...

Plus I was thinking.. if a few of us got there early, we can get the banner up and get the decorating started and still have time to enjoy the day.

Jay and Teri, I forgot to mention earlier.. there will be at least 1 table that I paid for provided by Carlisle. If we need any others, we'll have to take our own. We might need one card table to put out the SCS business cards/flyers/brochures/stickers, etc

I figured that one they provide us could be for the food.

That might be a good idea, I'm driving up with Mike (smallville) and Ray (stangman701), I dunno when they were wanting to leave, but 9am seems a little late to be starting the trip imo.

We can get an earlier group started at the first of the month.
I know 1badbird and pinkstang are planning to leave earlier, so they will join you guys in the drive over. If you leave at 7, you should be meeting me at Bedford around 9-9:30, correct? Take a 10-15 minute break to stretch and then be on the way to Carlisle.. we'll get there by 10:30-11.
