I am also for starting early. I would say lets meet at the eat and park in New Stanton. That way the Monroeville and Irwin group can all meet up in New Stanton then head down the pike to pick up the others in bedford.

Just dont forget to stop and meet me at the MIDWAY SERVICE PLAZA (mile marker 147.3 which is 1 mile past the Bedford exit).

In last year's thread, it's 90 miles from the Monroeville Turnpike Exit. That will be a nice little break for you all.

I'll be at Midway by 9:15-9:30. If anyone else wants to join us there or cruise up to Bedford with me, the more the merrier.

Ok..that sounds like a plan to me. Lets say..meet at New Stanton at 7am friday morning...then down to the Midway service plaza to pick up tammy and any others that want to meet there.

New Stanton @ 7am ... What time do they open the park because we're only looking at a 2 hour drive to Carlisle from New Stanton, maybe 3 hours if we hit traffic.

That is what i was thinking. Eat n Park is right there before you get onto the turnpike. We could setup a meeting time say 7am and then hit the road at 7:30. Stop at rest stop in bedford to pick up tammys group and down to carlisle.

No. You might have to park on the street and pay an entry fee, but you dont have to register your car.

Carlisle is open Thursday, and will be open Friday morning early. Dont think we have to worry about the time.

If you guys get to me at 9ish.. we'll be in Carlisle by 10-10:30 depending on how long we break at the midway rest stop. Gotta deal with traffic of course, and registration... but we need to get there early and start decorating the tent

Someone will need to be in charge of gathering all the sponsors' banners and any/all decorations you are bringing. Tim, Im sure, will be bringing the SCS banner since his contacts are making it.

Dont worry.. earlier is better. You want to enjoy it!

Luxurysportscar and I are going to head out Friday evening after work. Should be leaving around 5:00 or 6:00 if anyone else wants to tag along. Just shoot me a PM with your number if so.

I wasn't planning on leaving home till 7:00-7:30. It takes about an hour to get to the turn pike, so I'll be talking to pink stang to see about leaving earlier. It's about a three and a half hour drive from here to the show. Good thing we're getting the planning started.

I think we usually get on at Donegal. We could do Newstanton but I think that might be back tracking for us, I'll have to get with my brother in law to make sure.
