    Yeah, you cant register a group under 1 name, it clearly states that at the end of the form. Multi-car discounts are for the same owner, same address.

    It's best to stick with the original plan, if possible. Just register your own vehicle, and in the "Club" area on the form put SteelCityStangs.

    I'm going to try to get in touch with someone from Carlisle to get us a contact person. :)

    SCS or SteelCityStangs? If you put SCS, it wont count. They all have to be the same, that is why I've stressed it SteelCityStangs.

    TENT RULES

    Car Club Tent Reservations
    Carlisle Events has made a few changes to the club tent program.
    Each club that registers by the Club Tent Registration Deadline:
    With one of the following:
    • 25 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x20 tent to use for club headquarters.
    • 50 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x30 tent to use for club headquarters.
    • 75 vehicles for a single event will be eligible for a FREE 20x40 tent to use for club headquarters.
    New clubs that want to participate or clubs that didn't meet the 25 vehicle requirement last year will need to make a $160 pre-payment. If the club meets the 25 vehicle requirement this year, (based on Carlisle Events' computer registration records), the prepaid tent fee of $160 will be reimbursed after the event to the club official who initiated the arrangements.

    The $160 pre-payment fee is waived for clubs that met the 25 vehicle requirement last year.

    Important Participation Details

    All clubs are required to display a banner at their tent with their club name. The "Coolest Club Hangout" award will be presented on Saturday morning to the club with the most creative club tent display. The "Coolest Club Hangout" award will be a banner for your club to proudly display at the current Carlisle show and take with you to display at all the other shows your club attends in the future!

    Each member must register individually for the show field. Be sure that they list the same club name when registering. A club organizer can collect the registration forms and mail them together, or they can be mailed by each individual member. Payment must accompany each registration in order for that individual to be considered pre-registered. (these can be done online, dont worry about the mailing in part, unless you need to mail in an application)

    NOTE: You Must Register by the Club Tent Registration Deadline to be Eligible: Carlisle All-Ford Nationals - May 19

    So who has registered under SteelCityStangs? Did anyone register with any other variation of the name, such as SCS, or Steel City Stangs? (these more than likely will not count towards our group) Deadline for the tent is May 19th. I'm sure we can get at least 25. After May 19th, you can still register, but it wont count towards our goal.

    Let's get a thread started soon for those who registered with SteelCityStangs :)

    I would also like to ask who is going to cover the cost of the tent just in case we do not meet the 25, which will be refunded to you. Since you guys are all mostly together, if you want to do a chip-in amount and 1 person write a check, that would be fine with me. Or 1 person can do it and make sure we get the 25 so the fee will be absolutely refunded :)

    **Next year, if we do the club tent again, we wont have to worry about the money for the tent if we make the goal this year**

    Anyone willing to donate a banner for SteelCityStangs to hang at the tent? Let's hit up some vendors. Along with a club banner, we can also hang their business banners if they so wish. Let's get working on that too.

    let me know if you need me to do anything, i am totally up for it. I can help with the tent decorating stuff, just let me know. I will make a call today to get info on the banners.. if they arent to much i will just pay to get em made..

    I can only speak for BadMustangsClub on this one.. I didnt get around to look at other tents much...but (we) BMC had all kinds of red, white and blue items, such as summer streamers, flags, etc.

    Gotta start small and work your way up. I think SCS can do a good job. All it takes is a little planning ahead.
