Ring & Pinion Install Recomended Shops and Pricing

Pretty much as the title states...."Ring & Pinion Install Recomended Shops and Pricing". What are some recomended "High Quaility Labor" and "High Quaility People" to replace Ring and pinion gears? What are the prices some people have paid lately? Thanks guys.

I wouldn't let Hoss's Gear shop touch anything that has four wheels on it. Took my 8.8 there to have C-clip eliminators installed waaaay back in 2000. Was told that every C-clip eliminator he installed leaked. I mean, that's just great news, 75/90W oil spewing from the axles tubes on top end. I'm saying, at least there was some friction modifier in there to give some kind of fighting chance topped out in 4th.

Just a refresh, My post is about quality of work and pricing of a ring & pinion replacement, preferably from people that either do the work or have directly had this kind of work done. I already have FRPP gears. Not looking to buy any parts at the moment. Thanks, and Thanks to all for the replys so far.

Wolfpack Speed gets the nod from me, some things are just not worth taking to your local guy without alot of recomendations...of course local is all relative...depends how far your willing to drive to make it local lol...

I'm sure there are alot of great shops, but Mike has done work on my car and thats why I keep going back...

    Good luck! :)

I would also like to add... think its important to remember all the shops who sponser this site when it comes time to get work done, these guys all spend their money to support these boards and its memebers! So whatever it comes down to for you whether its price, distance to travel, personal experience, or other peoples input...just keep in mind who supports this hobby and this site!
