    Welcome!

Are you planning to drop that compression ratio before you boost? I hope so!

Yeah it seemed high to me also for boost. That is the list that was given to me when I traded for the car. I traded my 2006 CBR 1000rr even up for the car in July 08. The guy told me that he and his father built it for twin turbo's. I'm hoping that you guys on the site can help me find out what's up and which direction I should go with the car. Thanks

ooooooooo - interesting trade. Personally i'd never in a million years trade my R1 for a mustang, but that's just me... LOL

There will indeed be lots of help for you on here. I don't know what Ford parts are available, but I think you either need to get new pistons or new heads to drop that compression ratio. For my car, the simple solution would be to buy a larger CC head, but I'm not sure if the modular fords have the option of getting heads with drastically different combustion chamber sizes but most on here would know

My car, which is sold (even though its still in my garage), is at 9.0:1 compression. I think you'd wanna be between 8.5 and 9.5

Thanks! I know that when I picked the car up the heads were fresh from the machine shop. Not sure what he had done but Like I said this is my first stang. I have been into honda's for many years and still have a few of them. I have always been more of a paint and body guy and never really got into building engines.

Old lights and no grille . Still planning on repainting the front bumper to get rid of the black that someone painted around headlights and grill!
