I've been silent for a while just to regain some composure. I went down to the arena for the 2nd game and it was an aggravating lost, especially because there was a kid in an Ovechkin shirt sitting right in front of me. I read all of your posts and I agree with you guys on most points.

Tonight seemed to be what we've done all series with the exception of some big goals from some lower key people. (Fedo, Letang)

We keep playing hard, and in my opinion, out playing Washington. We got some big goals tonight and limited their offense which leads to our win.

Ovechkin was limited to very few shots and with the exception of that shit goal, he was non-existent. Hopefully they continue to take him out of the equation.

Now, give me another home win and lets head back to Washington all tied up.

I forgot to mention, kudos to those who were at Mellon Arena last night...it seemed to be a great atmosphere for playoff hockey. That fluke goal could of really killed the buzz in the arena, but the fans bounced back and did a great job...

The "Geno", and "MVP" chants were great!!!

Now that was an awesome hockey game. I kinda liked how the ref's just stopped calling anything and just let both teams play. Pens definitely the better team
