I agree with this. It will not be easy but it can be done.

Zetterberg covering the puck in both games really gets me fired up. In any other situation that would be delay of game but since the refs are swinging from Detroits sack, it's ok.

Dupuis getting clearly slashed and nothing called, again, blows my mind. They have no problem calling one on Malkin though after he was hooked by 4 different guys.

It's upsetting because we are playing pretty good hockey.

And remember....you can't spell ASSHOle without HOSSA!!!

Madden said it on the air yesterday during the pre pregame...Detroit is a franchise that prides itself on history, tradition, and doing things the right way. Then they will come out and score 7 goals on a team and run the score up, or do what Zetterberg did and play cheap and cover the puck like that. Not to mention all the slashes and runs they take at people in the netrual zone. (The one thing so far, the Pens have been able to take it to the Wings phisically and are taking the Wings physical play in stride.)

I agree, those two non calls have to be called, but I do like the offcials letting them play for the most part. Let the players decide the series. But when someone gets their stick slashed that is a call that has to be made.

This series isn't over, Malkin showed us and the Wings that at the end of the game.

I agree about letting them play Laz, but lets keep it even. You can't call an interference on malkin. I believe that was the call, then let zetterberg hold sticks after being checked, then the hossa non call. That was the first time i've seen a stick snap in half and a no call. Then the interference on one of the pens, can't remember who it was. If they're gonna let them play, let them play, WTF?

Seriously, I hope they win both here and make it a series.
They're playing good enough to win, but not getting the breaks to get the puck in the back of the net.
And somebody call a penalty already....whistles in the refs pockets for both teams, when's the last time you've seen only 7 PPs in 2 games?

What I like is that they are playing the same way all the time. They are consistent and waiting to get the plays, opportunities and or breaks in the game to win it. After the first two games and then being behind in the third game, they just keep on with their style. I like that and I think that's something they've never had the last few seasons and something that will aid them in raising the cup!

They showed it a few times on TV during the game. Wish they wouldn't dump the puck every time they get it.

The 6 guys on the ice was funny. Pens just beating on the Wings in their end for a good 25 seconds before one of the Pens noticed and got off very quick.

I think 3 games in 4 days is catching up to the Wings. Now for Crosby to just explode and finally get some goals. He has been throwing everything including the kitchen sink at the net but luck is hating him.
