    Woohoo!

Now that was a good game! Talk about out shooting the other team!

My wife was cracking up at how silly Malkin made Vokoun look on the shoot out winner.

I liked Letangs goal just alittle bit more, but all three Letang, Crosby, and Malkin had nice moves.

How crazy was it to see the clip of Crosby last game right before his shoot out goal in Washington, and then right on que he brings it out of his bag of tricks...haha...

Letang is quickly developing into an all-star type player...I like it!

Lol, Errey said malkin disrobed him!! Hahaha that was a sick move. It seems Letang really plays well with the new system, well all of them do.......besides Gill.

I agree on the PP. It has to get better but I think they are aware of this and are working on it.

I love Malkin's interview. It was on the radio on the ride home and also on pensTV online. Not sure if they aired it after the game.

They asked him about his shootout goal and he said "I practice move, get good, we play hard, good job guys". LMAO.

I give him so much credit. Not only is he one of the best players playing the game right now that has picked this team up in many situations and carried them when they needed it, he has worked on his english and gives it a go with interviews now. The kid has passion, desire and a will to win. I have a lot of respect for him.

As for Gill: did you see the hit he laid at mid-ice? I still don't hate him like most. You should have heard people at the game though. Everyone was yelling about how bad he sucks every time he had the puck. I dunno, I just don't see how he's that terrible.

Lol at Malkin, I love the interviews!

Gill's rough when he see's a little 5'8" rookie he can bully. He never does it when it's someone with some grit IMO.

He's always taking penalties, and it seems he's always on the ice when one goes past fluery. I guess it's hard to look good with the defensemen we have..

This is true. I don't think he's our best defenseman but I think he is decent. He was actually finishing his checks pretty well last night. I remember going to the games a few years ago when the pens were in dead last and everyone hated Gonchar. People would boo him and yell that he sucks everytime he touched the puck.

Now, he's no Gonch and never will be but it does show that people can be wrong. Oh, and I'm not talking about you, just people in general. You actually have some good opinions and some very valid points.

Ah yes, the Pittsburgh sports fan!

Opinionated, and have no clue what they are talking about. Espcially when it comes to hockey.

Everyone who thinks they know football in this town cause they played it in high school is comical enough, but when those same people try and talk hockey it almost gives me an ulcer.

Trade CROSBY! Because they play better without him!

Like Madden says, sure your entitled to your opinion. But you being entitled to your opinion also entitles you to be WRONG!

Oh, so true. In addition to being very fair weathered, Pittsburgh fans, more specifically Pens fans, also have some terrible opinions. I can't help but LOL at some of the crazy suggestions I hear about the team.

I'll be one of the supportive fans at the game in Columbus tomorrow!

    Let's go Pens!

I actually just really got into hockey last year. Now I can't miss a game. What an awesome sport!

I have so much to learn it's not funny, my brother plays AAA in B-ville rollerplex so any questions I try to ask. I never realized how much there is to the game until I really started watching. One thing about it, once you start learning the game, alot of it is just common sense which is what I try to use. Not like some yunzer blabbing a bunch of crap.

LOL. So far I think it's been 11 at home and then the Washington game at Washington. So 12 total but I've lost count. Not bad for not having season tickets.

I got the Columbus game tomorrow and then they have 8 at home so I'm sure the numbers are going to change. Haha.

Gil isnt that bad, if he would learn how to skate it might help him a little bit. He just looks really out of place in this new system cause hes big and slow. Now Letang is made for this kinda system, hes very quick, always moving and has a good offensive mind. I feel a lot more comfortable having him or gonch pinch in than gil.

Malkin did make Volkoun look like a fool and his interview was just as great. Im really happy with the way things turned out with Bylsma and they way he has them playing.(Jim and Randy: Pepto Bylsma, instant relief) I think we can be considered a real threat in the east again.

As for last night, I was supposed to be at the game buuuuuut monday night the flu started making other plans for me. not happy.
