Thats unfortunate. Those cars were one of my favorite VW's back in the day. He really hooppyed (spell) that thing up.

When my Subaru Justy was in full effect early 2000's I rolled around with alot of VW's. Especially when I lived in Florida. I always liked'em. Some buddy's from down there would beat on just about everything he raced. He raced some SLK 500 Merc...... with me and like 3 other heads in car and smoked it! It's definately all G'd up tho, still pretty sick!

I think they only made the S-charged ones, one maybe two years the rest were the VR6's.

i think he made it to plow his driveway. the front bumper looks like a snow plow.
I used to like those cars. Corrados can be made to be quick and were ahead of their time for sure. I tend to like VWs. I have had two Sciroccos, a 16v GTI, a GTI VR6, and recently an R32.

What a shame. I too like Vw's and I have a 97 Jetta 2.0 (=not fast). I thought of loking for a used R32 at one point, but I decided to buy my Challenger instead.
